Refund and Cancellation Policy

At FitnessMoral, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized coaching services. Please read the following Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in our program.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to FitnessMoral are non-refundable, regardless of usage, attendance, or personal circumstances after enrollment. This is because:

  • Our coaching programs are tailored individually and require upfront time, effort, and planning.
  • Once the plan has been created or sent, the service is considered delivered.
  • Our pricing is based on limited coaching slots, which means your booking reserves a spot that cannot be reassigned.
2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our personalized and time-sensitive coaching services, we do not accept cancellations once a payment has been made. Every enrollment reserves a limited coaching slot and initiates backend processing immediately.

3. Plan Pausing Instead of Cancellation

If you're unable to continue due to valid reasons (health, travel, emergencies), we encourage you to opt for a pause instead of a cancellation. Our Pause Policy allows flexibility while preserving your commitment.

4. Service Ineligibility or Coach-Initiated Cancellation

In rare cases, if we determine that you are not eligible for our program due to specific medical, behavioral, or technical concerns, we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

Filing false chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving service delivery is a violation of our policy. We are committed to resolving concerns directly and legally if needed.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Lack of results or progress — as these depend on your effort, consistency, and lifestyle
  • Change of mind after plan delivery
  • Missed communication or failure to provide required updates
