About

About Me

"Your body is the only place you have to live."

I heard that line during my first job at the age of 22, when I was at my worst—104 kg, struggling with energy, confidence, and discipline. It hit me hard. I was so focused on work and daily routines that I had ignored the one thing that truly carried me through life: my health.

That moment sparked a change. I decided I wouldn't let my body hold me back anymore. Over the next 1.5 years, I transformed naturally, dropping to 77.5 kg. Not through quick fixes, but by building sustainable habits. I balanced my entire fitness journey with a full-time job, learning how to make real progress without extreme restrictions or exhausting routines.

What began as a personal journey soon became a professional one. To coach with the same rigor I applied to my own transformation, I got certified under Menno Henselmans, one of the world's most respected evidence-based fitness researchers. Since then, I've helped 300+ clients achieve sustainable fat loss and build habits that strengthen both their health and their careers.

Now, fitness isn't just something I do. It's part of my lifestyle, and I share my journey alongside coaching working professionals who, like me, refuse to choose between their career and their health.

FitnessMoral is a reflection of that journey—from struggling with my own weight to making fitness a lifestyle for hundreds of others. If you're ready to take control of your health without compromising your career or daily life, I'm here to help.

Let's make fitness simple, effective, and sustainable. Together.

Frequently Asked Question

Absolutely—it’s designed for real people with real routines. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Once we connect, I’ll personalize a plan that fits you. Whether you’re a beginner or restarting after a break, we’ll build a system that sticks.

Nope! This isn’t about punishment—it’s about balance. We’ll focus on sustainable nutrition that includes your favorite foods in moderation. The goal is a lifestyle you can enjoy, not just survive for 30 days.

Great question! I specialize in time-efficient plans for working professionals. You’ll need around 45–60 minutes, 4–5 days a week, max. I’ll help you optimize your time without burning you out.

What makes this different is accountability, structure, and personalization. You’re not just getting a random plan—you’re getting a roadmap built for you, with ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to keep you consistent.

I offer different options based on how much support and customization you’re looking for. Once I understand your goals and current routine, I’ll recommend a plan that fits both your needs and budget.

You will—as long as you stay consistent and communicate openly. I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, and we will adjust if something isn’t working.

Not necessarily. I create both home-based and gym plans, depending on what you have available.

The difference here is that we focus on habit-building and mindset, not just routines.

I totally get that. Motivation fades, and that’s normal. What I’ll help you build are habits and systems so you don’t have to rely on motivation. Even on your “lazy” days, you’ll know what to do and how to bounce back without guilt.

100%. I work with a lot of students and young professionals. I’ll guide you on budget-friendly nutrition, flexible routines, and realistic goals.

Yes! Life doesn’t stop for fitness. I'll help you find a balance that lets you enjoy yourself while making progress.

That’s okay. We start small and progress safely. The aim is to align fitness with health, not overwhelm you further.

That’s completely normal. We can start from home and slowly progress to gym confidence when you’re ready.

That’s a very common hurdle. I'll cut through the overwhelm and give you actionable steps and support to move forward.

You’ll start feeling better in 2–3 weeks, and visible changes typically come in 4–8 weeks — depending on your effort and consistency.

That’s okay. The program is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. Small, realistic steps make a huge difference.

Absolutely. Everyone starts somewhere. I'll guide you step by step, without overwhelm or judgment.

You’re never on your own. I check in regularly, chat, track progress, and adjust the plan if needed.
